Active Directory Attribute Editor v2.9
Update!! - fixed bug, was failing on start. Please download again if your having problems. This utility will load the Active Directory user account attributes for the Domain you are currently logged in to. All three attribute types, Standard, Mandatory and Optional are loaded.
UPDATE: added ability to use different values for each account changed in "multiple account mode"

NOTE: I have also created a new version that loads the user accounts so you don't have to know the SAM names. Also there are some other visual and usability enhancements. This version does load slower though due to the additional AD investigation it does. You can download the AD Editor Beta here. All queries and changes are recorded in the log file. So if you run the program and make a mistake you can go back and look at the original value you screwed up.
